Cancelation Policy for Skyview Watersports

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a refund

Customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund in the case of operator cancellation. Please contact us prior to your scheduled activity using the following methods:

Customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund in the case of operator cancellation. While advanced notice will be provided when possible, tour cancellations may be made up to the activity start time.

We also offer:

•The issuing of a voucher that’s valid for 2 years.
•Reschedule the activity on a different date.
•Transfer the booking to someone else who might be visiting in the future.
•Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the booked activity's location.
